1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Towvera Towing & Recovery website at towvera.net (the "Site") and your request for, or use of, any towing, recovery, or roadside assistance services described on the Site (the "Services"). By using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request Services.

In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Towvera Towing & Recovery; "you" and "your" refer to the person using the Site or requesting Services.

2. The Site Is Informational

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Descriptions of Services explain, in general terms, what we may be able to do. They are not a guarantee that any particular service, equipment, response time, or outcome will be available in your specific situation. Availability depends on factors including location, traffic, weather, road and site conditions, equipment, and demand.

Nothing on the Site is a warranty, promise, or binding offer. The details of any Service — including scope, feasibility, and price — are confirmed only when you speak with us directly and we agree to perform a specific job.

3. Requesting Services; Quotes and Pricing

When you contact us, we will discuss your situation and, where possible, provide an estimate or quote before work begins. Any quote is based on the information you provide and the conditions known at that time. Actual charges may differ if conditions, the vehicle's condition, access, distance, or the scope of work turn out to be different than described.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle, and situation. You represent that you own the vehicle in question or are otherwise authorized to request Services for it.

4. Emergencies and Safety

We are not an emergency service. If there is any injury, fire, immediate danger, or a person, child, or animal at risk, call 911 first. Do not rely on the Site or on us for emergency response.

For your safety, if your vehicle is disabled in or near traffic, move to a safe location away from the roadway where possible and wait in a safe place. You are responsible for your own safety and that of your passengers while awaiting Services.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; be present, or have an authorized person present, when reasonably required; remove or secure valuables and personal property before Services where possible; and disclose any condition of the vehicle or site that may affect the work. You are responsible for any tolls, storage fees, or third-party charges that may apply to your situation.

6. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is current or complete.

Any separate written agreement covering a specific job, and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, are not affected by this section.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Towvera Towing & Recovery and its owners, employees, and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
